Who is Scenic City Adventure Boot Camp?
We are a locally-owned and operated, on-going fitness boot camp designed to get you in the best shape of your life in as quickly a time as possible. With ever-changing workouts, no two days are the same. Therefore, you will never get bored. There is no routine, so you don’t have to be coordinated, and most importantly we try to incorporate as much fun as we can into each and every one of our workouts. Yes, you will be challenged, but the challenge will never be more than you can handle.
Classes are held indoors and outdoors, depending on the weather, and are led by a nationally certified personal trainer in a group setting. They also include nutritional counseling and motivational training to keep you going on the right path. You will be inspired and have fun all while getting in the best shape of your life. These training sessions have been described as “addicting”. All boot camp sessions last one hour and are led by some of the best personal trainers in the industry. Picture yourself getting personal training instruction but in a group setting and for 1/4 the cost that you would pay a trainer. All of our Scenic City Boot Camp coaches are licensed boot camp instructors with nationally-recognized certifications or degrees, and have a ton of experience helping clients like you get fit FAST. What if I am not physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely, nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Men and women of all shapes, sizes, and physical abilities are welcome and encouraged to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity because each day you will get stronger, have more stamina, and overall be more physically fit. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

What do I need to bring to camp?
Water bottle, good supportive shoes, a sense of adventure, and most importantly a good attitude. We will be on the grass sometimes, in our parking lot occasionally, and in our facility most of the time. I would recommend bringing a big beach towel with you to wipe off sweat. We have more than enough equipment for you to use but some people choose to bring their own 5,8,10, or 12 lb. pair of dumbbells to use during class. You’re welcome to do the same.

How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. “Visual Improvement” can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It’s becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 dresses sizes (or pant sizes for the guys) within the first month of camp. Remember, everyone is different!
But, typically we see a 3-5% reduction in body fat, greatly improved posture, a remarkable reduction in stress levels, 5-12 lbs of weight loss on the scale, a 1-3 inch reduction in the midsection, a 25% increase in endurance, a 25% increase in strength and a 100% gain in self-confidence!

After my month is over, then what? Can I continue?
Of course! In fact, most of our campers (about 80%) choose to continue with us and become the coveted “Boot Camp VIP” member because of the results they are getting, the fun they are having, and most importantly the value of service they get for the price. We have several boot camp packages available to meet any budget or fitness goal. Let’s be honest: Four weeks is never enough time to help someone truly transform their body and their life. So we encourage you to commit for at least 12 weeks so that we can really help you reach your goals.
Some of our clients have been in boot camp for years. Why? Because they know that with a trainer, it’s a no-brainer. They just have to show up. There’s no thinking involved: they have the accountability, support, and guidance they need from their fitness coach. There is no confusion of what workout they should do today, what machine they should work on or what muscle groups they should workout. Everything is done for them and will be done for you if you choose to continue with us. We have plans that range from $150 per month to $300 per month depending on what your goals are and how quickly you want to accomplish them. We will sit down with you and help you decide which plan is best for you. (We highly recommend our VIP plan!)

Do I have to sign up for a particular class time, or can I come to other times?
Membership has its privileges!!!
Once you’re a member with us, you have free reign to jump around to whatever class time works with your schedule. We have 2 women-only classes and 4 co-ed ones to accomodate your schedule. We have tried to eliminate any excuse and make it as easy as possible for someone who wants to workout to be able to fit it into their schedule. We know how hard it is to keep the same schedule day after day and we don’t want that to be the reason why you can’t get your workout in.
(People from Groupon or some other promotion need to stick to the time they sign up for. If they have a problem making it to that time, they need to ask us before coming to another time, as most of our classes have waiting lists.)

What is the cost or (investment in myself)?
Boot camp is an affordable option, no matter if you’re a full-time student or a career professional. Our 4-week programs range from $199 for 3 days per week to $299 for 5 days per week. We also offer 3, 6, and 12-month VIP packages, which range from $150-$200 per month, depending on what your goals are.
Personal trainers can typically charge $40 to $120 per hour for their services. Our 4-week boot camp programs, led by certified personal trainers, come out to only $14.95 per session. And we never overcrowd our classes, so you can rest assured that you will get the personal attention that you need to accomplish your goals.
