At Scenic City Boot Camp, we have a mantra we repeat often:
“You cannot out train a bad diet.”
The truth is, it doesn’t matter how much cardio or weight training you do. If your diet isn’t where it needs to be, you’ll feel like you’re treading water, getting nowhere fast.
Even a minor dietary deficiency can have detrimental effects on your health, mood, energy levels, mental and physical performance, and your results. No matter what your fitness goals may be, dialing in your nutrition and tracking your food in a food journal should be first and foremost.
When it comes to nutrition, our philosophy is simple:
“Great nutrition can change your life. But it won’t do anything if you won’t eat it.”
And with that belief, we’ve worked hard to find nutrition solutions for everyone’s taste, budget, and lifestyle, from done-for-you meal programs, like Meal Movement and Isagenix, to goal-specific nutrition programs customized to your lifestyle to help you melt fat, burn calories, and fuel your body for optimal performance.
Eating right doesn’t have to be difficult. In fact, it shouldn’t. However, breaking bad eating habits can be challenging. Together, we’ll help you replace bad eating habits with good ones.
All of our programs at Scenic City Boot Camp start with a foundational overview of nutrition to help you reach your fitness goals fast. At the very start of your fitness experience, you’ll sit down with your fitness coach to discuss your fitness goals and your current eating habits and receive the guidance you need to make minor tweaks or massive changes to your current nutrition regimen based on your goals.
Every month, we hold a nutrition workshop that teaches you how to eat the correct foods in the correct amounts at the correct time in the correct combinations in order to turn your body into an efficient, fat-burning machine.
At Scenic City Boot Camp, we want to help you change the way you think about your health. Eating healthy shouldn’t be bland, boring, or tasteless.
