Our Transformation Training program is designed for 3 types of people:
- Anyone who has hit a fat loss plateau. If you’ve been struggling at the same weight for a while and need to break through, this is your answer.
- Someone who is dealing with “problem area” fat loss. If you’ve been struggling to lose the love handles or you can’t figure out why, no matter what you do, your belly fat won’t budge, then Transformation Training is the next step. The Transformation Training Program Consists Of:
- Small group format (8 people to 1 trainer)
- 8 class times available per day
- 10am classes are specifically designed for those 50+ years old
- Each class lasts 1 hour
- You train 4 days per week (M/T/Th/F)
- Bi-weekly body comp assessments to track your progress
- Daily accountability in a private Facebook group
- Custom macros/nutrition programming based on body fat, activity level, and goals
In addition to your workouts, your trainer will customize your nutrition for you at your first assessment, then track your progress every 2 weeks to make sure you’re on the right track.
How does Transformation Training differ from Boot Camp?
Aside from the small group format, Transformation Training, as compared to our larger-group Boot Camp classes offers a lower-impact workout with a stronger emphasis on strength training. The Transformation Training program also includes more customization and accountability than Boot Camp.
However, both programs are comparable in their ability to transform your body and both programs are adaptable for all fitness levels, shapes, sizes, and abilities.
