No More Dad Bod (a father's amazing 127 day transformation)

Meet Mitch: a teacher, husband and father of 2 little boys.


Mitch struggled with his health after having a L4-L5 spinal fusion three years ago. So much so that he developed Type 2 diabetes, felt like crap on a daily basis, and couldn’t keep up with his 5 and 7 year old sons.

So he did. On Jan. 7, he started in the transformation training program at Scenic City Boot Camp. But the workouts weren't the only missing piece in the puzzle for Mitch.
